Starting in 3000BC and ending in 1942 the game explores the decline and rise of major empries of the world together with minor empires and kingdoms. Players marshal armies against one onother crossing eseas and oceans by fleetsand building forts to better protect their lands. Capitals cities and monuments are built to bring the gold needed for victory. More gold is collected as the result of occupation of areas of the map.

Inside the castle walls, the city grows as the players place tiles and their followers: knights to guard ther towers, heralds to spread the news, and merchants to sell their wares in the markets.The player who makes best use of their followers will lead the race around the castle wall, which is also the scoring track for the game.

The players develop the area around Carcassonne by placing land tiles. Each turn the area becomes larger as fields, roads, cities & cloisters are added. The players can then deploy their followers as thieves, farmers knights and monks, to control and score points for the various locations. The first of the award winning series, is especially good for two players.

The Dark City is an expansion for the Citadels game. The Dark City features 14 new purple district cards, a premium wooden King's crown piece, eight reference cards and a complete set of replacement cards for the 18 Citadels characters.

In Dominion, each player starts with an identical, very small deck of cards. In the center of the table is a selection of other cards the players can "buy" as they can afford them. Through their selection of cards to buy, and how they play their hands as they draw them, the players construct their deck on the fly, striving for the most efficient path to the precious victory points by game end.

Epic Battlore offers groups of Veteran players the opportunity to play battles on an epic scale by combining multiple board maps on a soingle, over-sized battlefield.It also includes an additional Battlelore board map,new alliance tokens and player turn markers along eith more lore tokens and a rules booklet.additionally, there is the 4 player Reluctant Allies variant and 7 Epic adventure maps. This is an expansion to the Battlelore game system and not a Stand-Alone game.
