Postage & Packing
All orders will be charged at our shop price plus postage and packing. All orders are sent via First Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail and are insured up to the value of £28.00. All orders will need to be signed for on delivery or collected from your local sorting office should you not be in to sign for the order. Orders worth more than £28.00 will be sent at the customers own risk. If you would like a higher compensation level please contact us at the time of ordering on 01737 789123 or email email@example.com and we can quote for Special Delivery by Royal Mail. Proof of postage will be obtained.
We aim to despatch all in-stock items by 3.30pm every working day. If your order is placed after this time it will be despatched the next working-day although this cannot be guaranteed. If you are paying by cheque please allow 5 working days for the funds to clear. Orders are not dispatched at the weekends or on public holidays. Please note that we have no control over the postal and delivery systems that we use and do not accept responsible for their failings.
We accept cheques, postal orders, credit cards and debit cards via our secure 256 bit encryption payment pages. Cheques should be made payable to "The Gamers Guild".
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we offer you the right to cancel your purchase without specifying a reason, as long as it is within the cancellation period. The cancellation period expires 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive your goods. Should you wish to exercise this right simply notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall refund your money within 30 days of receiving notification.
Please return all unwanted goods to our correspondence address (as detailed above) and kindly note that we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to cover postage and the direct costs of collecting the goods if they have not been returned to us.
In the unfortunate event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged, whichever you prefer. Please contact email@example.com and return the goods by recorded mail to our store. We will refund your postage costs and arrange the replacement / refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that in order for a refund of postage costs to be arranged, a postage receipt from the post office must be obtained.
Images and Description
Images and Descriptions of all our goods are for guidance only and so slight variations and errors may occur. We reserve the right to supply as near a replacement as possible should we not have the colour or item you require in stock.
We never disclose customer information to third parties. We retain all information you provide for our administration purposes only. We will never use your personal details for marketing our web site unless you ask to be informed of any changes we may make to our site.
